Early in the morning, Exquisite Egypt representative will meet and transfer you from hotel to Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport to catch a flight to Luxor where you will be received by the Egyptologist tour guide. You will board a comfortable vehicle and be driven to discover this charming land and one of the most important cities in Egypt. You will start at the west bank where you will visit the Valley of the Kings and see the well-preserved tombs belonging to the kings of the new kingdom including the great ruler Ramses III, Mernptah and the child King Tut Ankh Amun. You will also visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18thDynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C). She is the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt. You will pass by the Colossi of Memnon which are remains of the Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III. You will then proceed to the east bank of Luxor where you will have lunch at a local restaurant. After that you will visit Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history, dedicated to God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. Your final stop will be The Temple of Luxor, built in the New Kingdom by Amenhotep III during the 18th Dynasty and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. You will then board your flight back to Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport, where Exquisite Egypt’s tour guide will meet you with organized transportation back to the hotel.
